How to Prep for your Service

Fill out your pet's intake form and Waiver before the start of your appointment.

Have a copy of your updated rabies vaccination paperwork for us to keep on file.

Make sure you are there to walk your pet out or leave prior clear instructions on how to access your pet

If the groomer arrives but can’t proceed due to lack of access (pet not ready, owner away, etc.), cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

48 hours (2 days) or more notice: No fee — we can fill your spot.

Less than 48 hours notice: 50 % of the scheduled service cost.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100 % of the scheduled service cost

Repeat late cancellations/no-shows: After two occurrences, full price applies for any future short-notice changes

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made after that time will be added to your next invoice.

Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance: no fee — date change pending availability.

If rescheduled within 48 hours: treated as a late cancellation unless we can rebook the slot.
*Fees are due the day of your next appointment or before future bookings. Venmo, Cash or Check is accepted.
